ADVANCED ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION

The ideas and procedures of construction technology for long-span and tall buildings are introduced in this module. It focuses on steel construction, basement construction, and building façade and envelope systems. It also covers the most modern and cutting-edge building techniques, such as industrialised building systems (IBS) and modular construction (MC). 

The module's educational goal is to provide students with visual documentation that will help them comprehend advanced building techniques and how they affect design.
