PROJECT 1:
INDUSTRIALISED BUILDING SYSTEM

This group project focuses mostly on the Industrialised Building System (IBS) subject. Students will be introduced to several IBS system types and calculation methods in the classroom prior to beginning this project. First, each group must create a three-story apartment building which size not exceeding 100 square meter per unit utilising primarily IBS components.

The objectives of the project is to :
1. To increase student comprehension of various IBS construction methods
2. To incorporate the proper IBS construction method into the building design.
3. To write a report that demonstrates a thorough comprehension of the IBS construction process.
4. To promote effective communication among group members by properly allocating tasks and producing deliverables.
