PROJECT 1:
POETIC JOURNEY STRUCTURE

Project 1 is a collaborative project featuring a part for each member. The aim is to romanticise a typical Malaysian tropical beach and turn it into an exciting narrative journey that will then be translated into two (2) separate independent Poetic Journey Structures. Groups of eight (8) students are given this work. Students must develop one narrative, which will subsequently be divided into two frameworks. One using a linear travel structure and one using a concentric journey structure, both adapted from the same narrative or tale. Then, using the models, the students will make a poetic video of the journey.
